Programme Details

This program is presented in the form of extra classes once a week where we focus on all the developmental areas in a playful manner. It is the aim of this program to prepare your child for the high demands of school by providing fun activities in a small group setting. Therefore helping your child to reach his/ her full potential and to excel to the best of his/ her abilities.

For children 3 to 7 years

Classes are presented in English and Afrikaans

Duration of 60 minutes once a week

Takes place on a Saturday morning to accommodate working parents

Maximum of 6 learners per class to ensure individual attention

We design activities based on your child’s needs as well as what the current school curriculum requires

We offer school readiness assessments to detect possible delays in development

Adriana Scholtz

Educational Specialist

Adriana Scholtz is the Educational Specialist at Smartees Child Development Centre. She is a qualified Foundation Phase teacher with an Honours degree in Psychology with experience as a Grade R and Grade 1 teacher. She has a passion for working with preschool children and believes that each child has the potential to achieve great things. With her school readiness program she aims to unlock the endless possibilities within each child, stimulate all perceptual modalities and encourage a love for learning through play activities.
